Processing + Shipping
Please note that all items are made to order. Processing time for clothing items (i.e., t-shirts, crop tops, hats, etc) is 3-8 business days. Processing time for non-clothing items (i.e., mugs, journals, posters, etc) is 3-6 business days. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday. Once an order has completed processing and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification. To ensure receipt, please be sure to provide a valid email.
All items ship from the United States (if ordering from Europe, Asia, or certain parts of Africa, items may ship from our international print station). Shipping within the United States is 3-8 business days via USPS or FedEx Smart Post. Shipping to Canada can take 6-10 business days. International shipping can take 11-20 business days (at this time, expedited shipping is not available. Please plan accordingly if purchasing as a gift/special occasion or if you need your items before a specific timeframe).
When ordering multiple items (ex: 2 t-shirts + a mug, 1 t-shirt + a journal, etc), items may be shipped separately.
Returns + Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges UNLESS there is an error on our part. Errors include:
• ordering one size but receiving another (to ensure size accuracy, please review the size chart link)
• design errors (significant ink bleeding, misplaced design, etc)
• printing on a color/style not requested
• incorrect order
Items found to be defective will be replaced with the same style/color and size.
Order modifications/Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment. However, if an order has already gone to print, we can not honor a request for modification/cancellation. Please confirm ALL details before submitting an order.
